ORDERING AND PRICING
The quantity of any Product ordered by you and the quantity of Product supplied to you may vary. Please note that while we take utmost care to supply the exact quantity of Products ordered by you, due to the nature of the Products, it is not possible that the exact quantity of Products that you have ordered will be supplied.
The price displayed on the Platform is about the particular quantity of Products as provided on the Platform and against such Products. Therefore, the price displayed for your order will also be based on the weight/description of the Product ordered by you. However, the actual amount charged to you will be based on the actual amount/quantity of Product delivered to you. Any difference in the estimated price and the actual price shall be adjusted by making a refund by INDIANHALALMEATSHOP.INor payment of difference by you to INDIANHALALMEATSHHOP.IN. Any excess amount paid by you shall be refunded to you and the mode of refund shall be as determined by INDIANHALALMEATSHOP.from time to time, such as credit through Indianhalalmeatshop. inpoints which you may use to pay future orders. Any additional amount that you are liable to pay, shall be collected at the time of delivery of the Product.
Delivery, Handling Charges, and Taxes
INDIANHALALMEATSHOP.may charge such delivery and handling charges as it may in its sole discretion determine from time to time and applicable taxes. Delivery/handling charges may be applicable for small orders as INDIANHALALMEATSHOP.in will notify from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion, without giving any prior notice, may revise such all-inclusive charge. In normal operating conditions, delivery will be made within 2 hours by our in-house logistics team.
Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

- Most online stores allow returns of items with a receipt, although some perishables such as meat/chicken/fish may not be returnable after receiving. So you are requested to check and receive only if the product is the same as your order and in good condition.
- If payments are made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, wallet, etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode or you can opt for Indianhalalmeatshop. pinpoints/wallet. Points/Money available in Indianhalalmeatshop. the wallet can only be utilized for paying future orders, these points/money can not be withdrawn or refunded, or transferred.
- If you have opted for COD, you don’t need to pay, when you are not receiving the product.
- Debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, Wallet, etc. refunds will be initiated within 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
- If your order is canceled and has not been dispatched and you have already paid your refund will be processed as per the refund procedure mentioned in clause 3 above.
- If you are canceling an order before delivery and you have already paid, a refund will be processed as per the refund procedure mentioned in clause 3 above.
- Refunds will be made for the full amount paid for orders/items cancellers.
Modification

Cessation of Operation

Entire Agreement
This Agreement including the policies and guidelines included herein by reference comprises the entire agreement between you and INDIANHALALMEATSHOP.and supersedes any prior agreements about the subject matter contained herein.
Effect of Waiver
The failure of INDIANHALALMEATSHOP.INto exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Waiver of Class Action Rights
By entering into this agreement, you hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to join claims with those of others in the form of a class action or similar procedural device. Any claims arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this agreement must be asserted individually.
Termination
INDIANHALALMEATSHOP.reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform without advance notice if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Platform, and INDIANHALALMEATSHOP.may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cancel any outstanding orders for Products. If your access to the Platform is terminated, INDIANHALALMEATSHOP.reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access to the Platform. Assignment

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from the Agreement, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Privacy

Agreement to be bound

You Agree and Confirm
